At Mool, we strive to provide our customers with the best service possible. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you are not satisfied with our service. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be provided for income tax return services.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Error in Service: If there is an error in the preparation or filing of your income tax return that is directly attributable to Mool or its affiliates.
- Service Deficiency: If there is a significant deficiency in the service provided by Mool, as determined by our management.
Conditions for Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the service completion date.
- Refunds will be processed only after a thorough review and approval by MoolFinance management.
- The decision of the management will be final and binding.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to our customer support team at support@moolfinance.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Provide Details: In your email, include the following information:
- Your full name
- Contact information (email and phone number)
- Service transaction ID
- Detailed description of the issue
- Review Process: Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information. The review process may take up to 14 business days.
- Notification: You will be notified of the outcome of your refund request via email.
Important Notes
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
- MoolFinance reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
- Any disputes arising from or related to this refund policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
